Kendal Richardson a resident of District 3 has decided to run for Atlanta City Council in 2009.  His platform, "VOICE OF THE PEOPLE",  a voice of a trumpet...a voice to sound the alarm over Atlanta. District 3 faces huge social, economic, and spiritual problems and the current City Council needs to do much more to help the citizens of the district.

Kendal a minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, looks to become the first person that HAD AIDS in the State of Georgia and in the City of Atlanta. He knows that he will be a standard to be reckoned with. He believes that stigma, social barriers, and generational curses will be broken through him with the help of Jesus Christ. "I am concerned about our youth and future generations. I believe that everyone deserves a second chance in their lives."

Kendal will be a leader for justice, a man dedicated to restoring lives and advancing the Kingdom of God.  He will challenge all forms of systems which include the Church, Political, and Economic systems.  He will work to bring unity throughout all communities and maintain his faith, integrity, and dignity while serving the people.  He will provide solutions not only for today but for tomorrow!
